1st Young Scientists‘ Meeting took place on December 5th-6th in TranslaTUM

To start with, Dr. Markus List (Big Data in BioMedicine Group, Chair of Experimental Bioinformatics, TUM) gave a comprehensive hands-on introduction to R language.

Afterwards, our motivated PhD students discussed about high-throughput data analysis that is essential for integrative Systems Biology and Systems Medicine, which CRISPR tools to implement in biomedical research, and how Two-Photon Microscopy can be an exceptional imaging technique for visualizing the tumor microenvironment in vivo.
